Manufacturing technology
The pontoon structure consists of steel pipes with plugs welded to the ends. The plugs are made of sheet steel and have a round shape. Welding operations are carried out in protective environments or under flux on automatic lines. This helps to achieve high quality welds.
The thickness of the metal walls is calculated taking into account the expected load. The outer surface is coated with paint in several layers. This ensures reliable anti-corrosion protection.
The parameters of the frame for the supporting flooring are calculated for the expected load (data provided by the customer). The assembly location of the structure depends on the size of the finished product. Our specialists assemble metal structures in the production shop or perform large-unit assembly on the reservoir.
