Metal lighting masts are used to install lighting fixtures on them to increase the coverage area. They can be made of various materials and in various ways. Most often, such a mast is a metal support to which a special structure with lighting fixtures is attached – a crown.
Such a mast is simply necessary for lighting transport routes – highways, junctions, parking lots. They are widely used in ports, airports. It is known that such structures must withstand high wind and snow loads.
To increase the service life of the mast, our plant necessarily applies anti-corrosion protection. Thanks to the coating applied by hot-dip galvanizing, such products can last 25-30 years or more.
At the customer’s request, we can make the mast trunk of various shapes: conical or tubular.

As for the crown itself with lighting fixtures, it can be either stationary or mobile.

1. In the first case, a closed or open ladder is mounted to access the lighting fixtures. You can order a mast without a ladder, but then work with the lighting fixtures will have to be carried out using a special lift. The main distinguishing feature of such a mast is the ability to place heavy lighting fixtures on it.
2. A mobile platform is convenient in that it can be lowered using a specially installed winch with electrical control. In order to save energy costs, we install gearboxes of various capacities for lowering and raising the crown. A characteristic feature of such a mobile platform is the ability to perform repairs or replacements without using special equipment, which largely allows you to avoid unnecessary financial costs.
